What are those three Training Tracks?

Each of our three Training Tracks are grounded by a New York Times bestselling books and are based on our research and experience over the last 25 years with workplace accountability and workplace culture.

The Self Track helps you recognize the powerful idea that taking personal accountability to overcome obstacles and challenges is a very empowering act that helps you get results and succeed. This track is all about helping the individual understand what else they can do to achieve the results you need to get.

The Culture Track helps you create an organization filled with people that think and act in the ways you need them to in order to achieve your Key Results—those most important things that you need to achieve. Creating an organizational culture, what we call a Culture of Accountability, where people take accountability for achieving the organizations key Results is the focus of this track.

The Others Track helps people understand how to set Key Expectations, where not delivering is not an option, and then hold the people accountable they depend upon to help get that done in what we call the positive, principled way—that is, getting the result and leaving people feeling good about it at the end of the day.
