July 20, 2009 – Temecula, CA – On Wednesday July 15, 2009 Partners In Leadership released their all-new webinar, “The Holding People Accountable for Results the Positive, Principled Way Webinar.”

The Webinar, which was conducted by Co-President and Co-Author Roger Connors, drew a large attendance of people who were excited for the new training and book.

“We were excited to have such a great audience,” Connors said. “We felt they were very receptive to the content presented, and we received a lot of feedback from people interested in implementing the training and ordering our new book that comes out August 11.”

This New Webinar introduces the “Other Side” of the Accountability Coin: holding others accountable in a way that produces results and builds morale at the same time. During this Webinar, attendees also learned about:

  • Improving their ability to hold others accountable in a way that motivates and produces results
  • Applying the Accountability Sequence Model to day-to-day accountability interactions with others
  • Learning how to manage un-met expectations and have the Accountability Conversation that leads to better, and more consistent, results from the people on whom you depend

The new book, “How Did That Happen?” is focused on holding others accountable and builds off the foundation laid in the Bestsellers, “The Oz Principle” and “Journey To The Emerald City.” Within this volume, the authors will explain the Accountability Sequence model, which clearly illustrates how to hold others accountable for results in a positive, principled way. Readers will learn how to master the Why-What-When model of communicating expectations, along with a number of other practical tools that are easily remembered and applied.
