Partners In Leadership’s success continues to grow

April 1, 2013 — April 1, 2013 Temecula, CA – Partners In Leadership (PIL) announced, that co-founder and current co-President Roger Connors is stepping into a new position as sole CEO. Tom Smith, co-founder and current co-President, will take a temporary leave of absence from the company to serve as President of the Uruguay Montevideo mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Smith will serve in Montevideo, Uruguay for a minimum of three years.

Along with the company’s leadership change, its dramatic growth as an innovator in the accountability training and consulting industry has led Partners In Leadership to enhance its organizational structure. As Connors and Smith transition into new roles, Gordon Treadway, currently a Regional Vice President and Consultant, has been appointed as the new President of Partners In Leadership effective April 1, 2013. Treadway will report directly to Connors, focusing on the execution of the organization’s short and long-range strategies.

Treadway joined Partners In Leadership as Regional Vice President in 2012 after a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the past year, Treadway worked closely with dozens of Partners In Leadership clients, including several Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to joining PIL, Treadway spent over twenty years in the commercial operations of both large and start-up pharmaceutical companies. During his final five years, as Senior Vice President of Sales, he led Tercica Inc., later Ipsen (U.S.), as it grew from just $1M in sales to over $90M per year.

Treadway, who currently lives in Sacramento, will relocate in the near future with his wife and family to the Temecula area.
