Top Training Companies Showcased at Training Industry’s Premier Event May 4-7, 2014

Temecula, CA (USA)—April 30, 2014—Partners In Leadership, the world’s premier provider of Accountability Training and culture change consulting, announced that it will be exhibiting at the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) 2014 International Conference & Exposition in Washington, D.C. on May 4-7. This marks the twelfth time that the company has been asked to take part in the training industry’s most prestigious international conference. They will be located at booth number 1533.

“ASTD is the perfect venue to celebrate our 25th anniversary,”said Brett Walker, Vice President of Marketing for Partners In Leadership. “We will have accountability experts on-site discussing contemporary workplace issues, the growing need for Accountability Training, and the massive impact that our change methodology has on transforming individuals, teams, and organizations.”

Partners In Leadership’s change methodology has recently been praised by several of the company’s clients:

  • A Fortune 1000 utility company serving over 750,000 customers had culture problems. In 2009 the organization rolled out the Culture Track Training for all 3,000+ of their employees. Using this training coupled with the change methodology, the company had dramatic results: Customer satisfaction increased by more than 20%, utility injury count decreased by almost 50%, and stock prices rose from $13.58/share to $35.97/share.
  • One of the largest financial services firms in the world struggled with cross-functional communication and collaboration that lead to a drop in customer satisfaction scores and negatively impacted their top-line revenue numbers. The leaders of the organization turned to Partners In Leadership and applied the Culture Track Training to create a Culture of Accountability. The leadership team immediately saw the value and impact of the training. Today, communication and collaboration are at an all-time high, customer satisfaction scores are rising, and revenue is up.
  • Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) came to Partners In Leadership when fundraising had leveled off at $230–250 million per year. CMN Hospitals implemented the Culture Track Training, and after just two years, they experienced a 29% increase in fundraising in an industry where the average is less than 3% per year. CMN Hospitals’ new Key Result is to receive $1 billion in fundraising by the year 2022.

In addition, Craig Hickman, coauthor of The New York Times bestselling book The Oz Principle, will be in attendance. This provides a rare opportunity for conference attendees to meet one of the authors of The Oz Principle and receive a complimentary signed copy. Partners In Leadership will be hosting these book signings throughout the expo at times provided at the booth.

Also in attendance this year at the ASTD 2014 ICE is DOOR International B.V., the exclusive authorized international representative of the Partners In Leadership Accountability Training. Due to a strategic partnership with DOOR established in 2012, Partners In Leadership has been able to deliver Accountability Training to millions of people in over 100 countries. DOOR will be located at booth number 1425 across from Partners In Leadership.
