Partners In Leadership® Continues to Grow in 2015

February 17, 2015 — Temecula, CA (USA) — February 17th, 2015 — Partners In Leadership (PIL) is pleased to announce new additions to their team to support the company’s significant growth and expanding client list.

The company has added four seasoned professionals that are joining the organization as regional vice presidents, including Kirsten Edwards, Russ Hill, Tom Himmer, and Stryder Spillane. Each new team member brings world-class consultation and facilitation skills, as well as extensive backgrounds from a variety of industries.

Backgrounds of New Regional Vice Presidents

• Kirsten Edwards has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive, consultant, and sales strategist. She has worked with organizations ranging from start-ups to billion dollar organizations and is passionate about mentoring C-suite executives to front line employees. Prior to Partners In Leadership, Kirsten served as a corporate leadership coach where she worked with organizational leadership teams to identify performance gaps, optimize processes, and implement solutions that delivered the desired results for her clients. She also held numerous executive roles at medical device organizations such as Edge Systems, Keer Corporation, and Discus Dental.
• Russ Hill draws from more than 20 years of experience and is a seasoned senior professional with an expertise in news and media, among other industries. A former broadcast news reporter, Russ moved from the newsroom to the boardroom, managing teams and ultimately leading broadcast stations. Most recently, Russ was former vice president of growth for Spectrum Association Management, a leading property management company. Previously he had served in multiple senior roles with news and media organizations, including Bonneville International and KSL Media.
• Tom Himmer is a proven leadership consultant and has spent nearly 25 years of working at dozens of organizations as a senior executive and C-suite advisor. He has a strong background in oil & gas, finance, human capital, IT, and retail. Most recently, Tom was vice president and managing partner for Aventine Hill Partners, a consulting firm specializing in CFO advisory and project consulting solution, where he successfully implemented strategic initiatives that facilitated growth and increased brand awareness. Tom also previously served as senior vice president of solutions for Kforce, Inc., one of the nation’s most successful professional staffing and solutions firm.
• Stryder Spillane is an experienced leader with extensive knowledge in management and team-building strategies and has a strong background in telecommunications among other industries. Most recently, Stryder held a management position at Wide Open West, a large privately held telecommunications company, where he was responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that impacted the overall results of the organization. He also directed, trained, and grew a large and successful sales team.
