Before joining Partners In Leadership, Barton served as chief operating officer and managing partner for Operational Results, Inc. (ORI), a management consulting firm based out of Alpine, UT. Prior to ORI, he served as chief financial officer for Mity-Lite, a global manufacturer of market-leading furniture systems. Barton had also served as CEO and president of an international consulting group, Business Resource Network, for nearly 15 years.

Barton begins his role as the company’s CFO immediately and will be working at the PIL headquarters in Temecula, CA.
