April 10, 2009 – Temecula, CA – Roger Connors and Tom Smith, Co-Presidents of Partners In Leadership and Co-Authors of the Bestselling books, “The Oz Principle,” and “Journey to the Emerald City,” announced today that Partners In Leadership will now have a Three Track approach to Creating Greater Accountability.

“We are please to now make this announcement and feel that many of our past and future clients will be very excited about our Three Tracks,” said Connors. “With the upcoming release of our new book, “How Did That Happen?” The Three Tracks will align perfectly with our three books covering the Self, Culture and Others Track.”

Self Track:
This track lays a foundation of personal accountability. The training is based upon the bestselling book, The Oz Principle, and the Steps To Accountability Model. This training helps people to embrace their own accountability for achieving organizational results. With the foundation of greater accountability, they internalize the need for change and take the Steps To Accountability and move Above The Line to See It, Own It, Solve It and Do It. With their heightened personal accountability, they continually ask the question, “What else can I do?” to overcome obstacles and achieve the result.
Culture Track:
This track builds on the foundation of the Self Track to accelerate the transition to a Culture of Accountability. This process is based upon the bestselling book, Journey to the Emerald Cityand The Results Pyramid Model. This process assists clients in identifying and internalizing the needed Cultural Beliefs, the case for change and the key results. This process integrates the key culture management tools proven to accelerate both individual and organizational change around how people need to think and act throughout the organization in order to achieve the needed results now.

Others Track:
This track completes the next step in the logical sequence of implementing accountability throughout the organization. This training is based upon the forthcoming book, How Did That Happen? and The Accountability Sequenceâ„¢ Model. This training helps people effectively hold others accountable for results in a positive, principled way so that people deliver on expectations and follow-through on what is required to be successful. This approach helps people get results and build positive morale at the same time.

“This is probably one of the best training programs I’ve gone through,” said Ken Buchanan Executive Vice-President of Revenue Management at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. “Working with Partners In Leadership was fabulous. It was really outstanding. They took the time to come in and know our business, and catered the training to DFW, and I thought that was very, very important.”
