Leading During Uncertainty – Helping Others Take Accountability

A Special Live Online Series

Moments of uncertainty and disruption present us with a choice. Choosing to focus on what we control is so much more empowering and hopeful than to be victim to the uncertainty or anxiety we as a society now face.

We’re here to support you, as individuals and as organizations, navigate these challenges.

In the next session, we’ll talk about how to help others take accountability. There are two very distinct sides to the accountability coin: one side of the coin is taking accountability yourself, and the flip is holding other people accountable. Both are proven ways that, when practiced together, establishes collaboration and skyrockets productivity.

When individuals and teams take accountability, they make a personal choice to rise above their individual circumstances and demonstrate the ownership necessary to achieve desired results.

While all employees can make the positive choice to take self-accountability, it’s often much more challenging to hold others accountable.

Join us for our discussion, Helping Others Take Accountability. We’ll dive into best practices for holding others accountable in a proven and time-tested manner that improves morale and produces results.
